jazz at st. andrews Music festival

The annual Jazz at St. Andrews Music Festival is presented by the City of Los Angeles and hosted by Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson and the Empowerment Congress Southwest Area Neighborhood Development Council (ECSWANDC). 


This family-friendly free event offers a day of Jazz and Rhythm & Blues setting the stage for a fabulous and fun day in the park. There will be a Children's Village keeping the little ones busy with activities and food.  The Senior Tent (by RSVP only) will provide the elders with seating, shade and even an afternoon meal.  The Vendors Village will include local government representatives and non-profits offering resource information as well as a variety of food trucks and merchant booths offering their delights and merchandise for purchase.

  • No Tent set up before 9 AM

  • Attendees must bring their own chair or blanket. 

  • Umbrellas and tents will only be allowed in designated places of the park.  

  • Food will be available for purchase. Please bring water as it can get hot.

  • No alcohol allowed.

Getting to st. andrews
Parking at st. Andrews
  • There are a limited number of parking spots available off 88th and 89th, between St. Andrews and Western. 

  • There are a few handicap parking spots and reserved spots for artists and loading parking in the St. Andrews Rec Center. However, there is no general parking available.

  • Please do not park in the Superior or the WSS lots or you will be towed.

  • It is recommended that carpool, rideshare, or take public transit.
